100 full color pictures show off the creatively color coated cows which adorned the sidewalks, parks, and streetcorners of San Antonio this past winter. The 'a-MOO-sing', fiberglass creations were decorated by hundreds of local artists, professional and amateurs, from throughout San Antonio and South Texas. The cows will be sold at a live and online auction at the conclusion of the event for the benefit of the American Cancer Society and the City of San Antonio Office of Cultural Affairs, which supports local arts in the community. Therefore, CowParade San Antonio will be the only official record of the event after all of the animals have been sold.This book was published March 2003.
