The factory is open from dawn till dusk and there are even display windows to drool over Kringle's latest candy concoction. Three oversized smokestacks spew out powdered sugar (whatta mess!) and Kringle drops supplies from his sleigh into a rooftop "sugar shoot." Tours are conducted every hour, on the hour, and take visitors from the first floor, where gobs of gumdrops reach the ceiling, to the third floor, where chocolate blocks and truffles line the shelves. Alphonse is out back, tryin' to sneak in for free...and feast on frosted confections!
